Description

(-)-Maackiain은 histamine H1 receptor(H1R) 유전자의 상향 조절을 억제하는 항알레르기 화합물인 phytoalexin입니다. human lymphoblastoid 세포주인 Molt와 Raji의 성장에 유의미한 성장 억제 작용을 보이며, 흰줄숲모기의 4령 유충에 대해 강력한 유충 살충 효과를 나타냅니다(LC50=21.95±1.34ug/mL).

In vitro:
The effect of the phytoalexins, lubimin, (-)-maackiain, pinosylvin, and the related compounds dehydroloroglossol and hordatine M on human lymphoblastoid cell lines.

In vivo:
Pharmacokinetic properties of trifolirhizin, (-)-maackiain, (-)-sophoranone and 2-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-5,6-methylenedioxybenzofuran after intravenous and oral administration of Sophora tonkinensis extract in rats.

Structure Identification:
Role of oxygenases in pisatin biosynthesis and in the fungal degradation of maackiain.

• 가능하면 당일에 용액을 준비하여 사용하는 것이 좋습니다. 그러나 미리 원액을 만들어야 하는 경우에는 -20℃에서 밀폐된 바이알에 소량씩 보관하는 것이 좋습니다. 일반적으로 최대 2주 동안 사용할 수 있습니다. 사용하기 전에 바이알을 열기 전에 제품을 실온에서 최소 1시간 동안 평형을 이루도록 하는 것이 좋습니다.

주의사항: 

• 운송 중 제품 포장이 거꾸로 뒤집혀서 천연 화합물이 바이알의 목이나 뚜껑에 달라붙었을 수 있습니다. 포장에서 바이알을 꺼내 부드럽게 흔들어 화합물이 바이알 바닥에 떨어지도록 합니다. 액체 제품의 경우 200-500 RPM으로 원심분리하여 바이알 바닥에 액체를 모으십시오. 취급 중 손실이나 오염을 피하십시오.
